Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, I create custom artwork on canvas according to your wishes: prices start at €380. To discuss your project, please contact me via the contact form or at the following address: Contact@karenlaramartin.com

What are the shipping times for orders placed on the website?

Orders are shipped within 3 business days for original artwork and 5 to 30 days for personalized portraits after payment is received (see each item's description for more details). Delivery times then vary depending on the destination: 3 to 4 days in mainland France, 10 days or more internationally.

What are the delivery charges?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the artwork's size, weight, and destination. They are displayed before you confirm your order.

Can I return a work if it doesn't suit me?

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase after receipt (excluding personalized items). Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Further details can be found in the [Refund Policy](link to page).

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to check the status of your delivery online.

Are the artworks framed?

It depends on the artwork. This information is specified on each product page. If you would like a specific frame, please contact me before making payment.
